Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow implementation projects, including effort estimation, planning, and execution, ensuring solutions align with client business needs.
• Conduct architectural analysis of client requirements to identify opportunities for ServiceNow implementation and integration with other systems.
• Estimate infrastructure requirements for ServiceNow implementations to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Oversee the delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and client business objectives.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on ServiceNow implementation solutions.

This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Requirements

• Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including effort estimation, planning, and execution.
• Skills in conducting architectural analysis of client requirements to identify integration opportunities.
• Knowledge of assessing and estimating infrastructure requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience managing the delivery of ServiceNow solutions to meet client business needs.
• Expertise in integrating ServiceNow tools with other systems using APIs, data models, and system architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with IT service management principles (incident, problem, and change management) to design effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and their infrastructure requirements for seamless ServiceNow integration.
