ServiceNow Architect
About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect with hands-on developer experience to lead end-to-end technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures, ensuring platform integrity and compliance.
- Define integration strategies, data models, security protocols, and best practices while providing technical oversight to development teams.
- Participate actively in solution design, oversee system development, and ensure platform health.
- Implement complex business logic, customize applications, review code, and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with client and external teams to develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, including designing APIs, handling data transformation, and troubleshooting issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and development (SNOW architect with hands-on developer skills).
- Strong expertise in designing and building integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server.
- Experience with core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and CSMS.
- Skilled in developing workflows, business rules, UI policies, script includes, and ACLs.
- Ability to review and optimize code, enforce standards, and mentor junior developers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-risk or ambiguous technical challenges.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with technical teams and clients.
