- Proven experience assessing and optimizing mid level enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.
- Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, platform design, and implementation best practices.
- Strong knowledge of:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- CMDB
- Service Catalog
- Discovery
- Asset Management
- Integration Hub
- Flow Designer
- Performance Analytics
- Experience creating platform roadmaps, governance frameworks, and architecture standards.
- Ability to identify technical debt and create practical remediation plans.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of ServiceNow core modules and APIs.
