Job Summary

Serve as a hands-on ServiceNow Architect, based in Louisville, KY (onsite).

About the role

Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions with a primary focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules.
• Provide technical guidance, best practices, and mentorship to development teams.
• Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and ongoing optimization of the ServiceNow platform.
• Support continuous enhancements and improvements of ServiceNow functionalities.
• Utilize strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations, workflows, and scripting.
• Communicate effectively and foster strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations, workflows, and scripting.
• Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Ability to lead and mentor development teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and architecture.
• Proven track record of successful ServiceNow projects.
• Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
