CSR / Service Dispatcher The Electricians & Plumbers | Centennial, Colorado Full-Time | In-Office Join Our Growing Team The Electricians & Plumbers is a family-owned, rapidly growing construction trades company serving residential and commercial customers throughout the Colorado front range. We are looking for an experienced CSR / Service Dispatcher to join our team and help keep our service department running efficiently. This is not an entry-level receptionist position. We are specifically looking for someone with experience dispatching in the electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or similar construction/service industry, along with strong ServiceTitan experience. What You'll Do Answer inbound customer calls and provide professional, helpful customer serviceSchedule residential and commercial service appointmentsDispatch technicians based on location, skill set, availability, job type, and priorityManage and adjust the daily technician schedule throughout the dayAccurately assign job types, categories, and prioritiesCommunicate job details and customer information to techniciansMonitor technician progress and keep customers informed of schedule changesWork directly with technicians to ensure jobs are properly documentedReview and close out jobs with technicians before they are dispatched to their next callVerify job notes, photos, materials, and other required information are complete and accurateMaintain accurate customer and job information in ServiceTitan What We're Looking For Previous dispatching or service coordination experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or another construction/service tradeHands-on ServiceTitan experience is strongly preferredUnderstanding of the service process from customer call through dispatch, completion, and closeoutExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organization and attention to detailAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentAbility to stay calm and make good decisions when schedules changeStrong computer skillsDependable, accountable, and willing to take ownershipAbility to work weekends Why Join Us?
