Responsibilities
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Skillfully use ServiceTitan to keep our appointment calendar organized and our technicians moving efficiently.
- Respond to clients who call or message us in a friendly manner and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer questions, learn about the client's HVAC needs, and schedule service appointments.
- Provide excellent administrative support and professional customer service to contribute to our continued growth and success.
Qualifications
- Experience using ServiceTitan (Preferred: 2+ years of ServiceTitan experience)
- Some HVAC knowledge
Applicants must be able to pass a background check.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay
$22.00 - $28.00/hour
