CSR/Dispatcher

Responsibilities
- Experience in customer service.
- Service oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Detailed oriented, skilled with telephones, scheduling appointments and take pride in accuracy as a signature of your work.
- Skilled in delivering your work timely with a positive and encouraging presence to customers and co-workers.
- Consider yourself a team player that can work with other team members providing support in taking care of our customer requests in maintaining and servicing their hvac systems.
- First shift with various schedules available (7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm).
- Mon-Fri, or Tues- Sat, or Wed-Sun.
- Previous call-center experience preferred.
- HVAC experience a plus!
