We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About Greystar" but we should not repeat job title. The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to extract substantive content: About Greystar (company description) maybe as "About the role"? Actually "About Greystar" is company overview, not role. Could be "About the role" but we have "Job Description Summary". We can treat that as "About the role". Then responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: qualifications. Benefits: housing discount, etc. Pay: $25-$38/hour. Schedule: Monday-Friday; On call required; 9am-6pm *subject to change depending on business needs. Also mention flexible schedule, call evenings weekends holidays. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, scam warning, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove "Job Description Property Type: Stabilized Unit Count: 309" maybe keep as metadata? It's not a heading; we can fold into a short

. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short paragraph with property type, unit count. We need to preserve all substantive information: responsibilities list, requirements list, qualifications, specialized skills, travel/physical demands, benefits, pay, schedule, housing discount, etc. We must not create sections with filler. So we need sections: About the role (maybe using Job Description Summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine qualifications?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly also "Qualifications" separate? But we can combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section if they overlap. However instructions say prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements & Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's six sections. We need to use

    for each heading. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not include markdown fences. Just raw HTML. Let's extract content. About Greystar: The first paragraph about Greystar. That's company overview. Could be placed under "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is about the job, not company. But we could treat "About Greystar" as "About the role"? Might be okay. However we have "Job Description Summary" which describes role. So we can put that under About the role. Thus:
