Schedule
- Scheduling and confirming service appointments via phone, email, or text
- Scheduling and coordinating pickup and delivery of service customer vehicles
- Answering phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Cooking with fellow staff members about schedules, service customers, and any changes
- Resolving schedule conflicts as they occur
- Sharing time critical information between service advisors, parts advisors, and managers
Requirements
- Worthy of trust
- Ability to listen to customer concerns
- Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Be proficient with texting and emailing
- Capable of learning our information management systems (xTime, VINSOLUTIONS, RedCap)
