Key Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally and knowledgeably
• MATCH clients and Caregivers based on needs, skills, and location
• Maintain schedules, fostering quality matches and strong relationships
• Monitor, mediate, and log activities in our software system
• Ensure accurate client and Caregiver records
• Address client and Caregiver concerns as needed
• Communicate openly with colleagues, Caregivers, clients, and family members
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and business ethics
• Perform caregiving in emergencies if on-call or as needed

About the Role

This fast-paced position coordinates care between our clients and Care Professionals, aiming to create extraordinary relationships. The Scheduling Coordinator role is essential to growth and successful home care operations.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (possible weekends or on-call duties). Remote work may be a consideration for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High integrity

• Strong organizational and typing skills

• Enjoys a sense of humor
• Mets and passes all pre-screening measures
• Passion for working with the aging population is preferred
• Previous home care or similar industry scheduling experience preferred
• Knowledge of Well Sky (Clear Care) scheduling software is a huge plus
