Job Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm details.
- Handle customer questions regarding service options, promotions, and general inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and generate new opportunities for the service departments.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Alert customers when we receive vehicle alerts regarding oil life, tire rotations, and recalls.
- Set service appointment reminders and no-show calls and emails.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and meet individual performance goals.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs, including occasional Saturdays.
Qualifications
- No prior automotive experience necessary to succeed in this role.

Pay

Schedule
- This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
- Your typical schedule will be an average of 40-45 hours per week.
- Saturdays are required.
