Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming service calls and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers regarding service appointments and vehicle maintenance.
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments accurately using dealership software.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the database.
  • Communicate effectively with service technicians and other dealership departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Aid in managing service campaigns and recalls by contacting customers as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a Service BDC role.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in dealership management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor.
