Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming service calls and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers regarding service appointments and vehicle maintenance.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments accurately using dealership software.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the database.
- Communicate effectively with service technicians and other dealership departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Aid in managing service campaigns and recalls by contacting customers as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a Service BDC role.
- Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Computer literate with proficiency in dealership management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor.
