Customer Service Representative

About the Role

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing and dynamic team at one of Hawaii's most established and respected financial institutions, recognized as a Best Place to Work in Hawaii for 13 consecutive years.

Responsibilities

• Handle teller and cash handling operations
• Provide banking product and service knowledge
• Deliver sales presentations to individuals and groups
• Refer customers to personal bankers and specialized departments
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information

Requirements

• 2 years as a commercial savings teller in a financial institution or 2 years in a retail sales environment selling products and services
• Associate's degree in business or equivalent work skills
• PC skills in word processing (35 WPM minimum)
• Ability to report to work on time as scheduled in Kahului, HI (this is not a remote role)

Pay

$21 to $24.50/hour (plus sales incentives)

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Rotational Saturdays, 8:30am to 1:30pm
