About the role

Responsible for providing high-level customer service and support to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries via phone and email
  • Resolve issues and provide solutions to improve customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Conduct research and gather information to assist in decision-making processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus

Skills

  • Customer service orientation
  • Technical proficiency in CRM systems (if applicable)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
