About the role
Responsible for providing high-level customer service and support to clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries via phone and email
- Resolve issues and provide solutions to improve customer satisfaction
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Conduct research and gather information to assist in decision-making processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
Skills
- Customer service orientation
- Technical proficiency in CRM systems (if applicable)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
