Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service phone calls
• Make outbound calls
• Manage live chats
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Promote dealership services
• Contribute to service department growth

Qualifications

• Full-time position, 4 weekdays and Saturday
• Positive attitude
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and self-sufficient
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Drive to exceed customer expectations
• Excellent organizational skills
• BDC Dealership Experience preferred
