About the role
Hudson Nissan, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, seeks a Business Development Center (BDC) Appointment Coordinator to assist customers in a call center environment through text, email, or social media.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers promptly, professionally, and courteously in a call center environment.
- Communicate with customers via text, e-mail, or social media as assigned.

Qualifications

- Technical Expertise: Understanding and using MS Office Suite, CRM, and lead management tools to accurately manage inquiries, update customer files, track customer interest, and compile necessary reports and forms on a timely basis.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
