Service BDC Representative

Responsibilities

• Reach out to and follow up with customers
• Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and set service appointments
• Work with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
• Log all activity in a CRM
• Maintain high performance metrics and meet or exceed goals each month and quarter

Qualifications

• Aggressive, energetic personality
• Able to work Saturdays
• Fluent in Spanish a huge plus
• Ready to hit the ground running
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Time management, prioritization and multitasking skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
