Responsibilities
- Manage customer appointments for vehicle service and maintenance
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Handle inquiries and schedule follow-up appointments
- Ensure all service records are accurate and up-to-date
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Qualifications
