What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet residents' care and service needs
- Supervise direct care staff and manage schedules effectively
- Communicate changes in resident needs to associates and maintain documentation
- Manage on-call and after-hours business needs as assigned
- Complete billing processes timely and ensure compliance with regulations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Minimum of one year of experience working with older adults or in a related healthcare setting
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to make decisions based on established guidelines and precedents
- Capability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly with older adults
- Familiarity with corporate scheduling and billing systems
