Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and promote exceptional customer service at all times.
- Assist in overseeing daily front-end operations, including check stands, self-checkout, and customer service areas.
- Help resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service opportunities in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure customers receive friendly, accurate, and efficient service.
- Serve as a key leader, helping ensure a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail, customer service, or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Proficiency with cash handling and customer service procedures is necessary.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and twisting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
