Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and promote exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Assist in overseeing daily front-end operations, including check stands, self-checkout, and customer service areas.
  • Help resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service opportunities in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure customers receive friendly, accurate, and efficient service.
  • Serve as a key leader, helping ensure a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous retail, customer service, or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Proficiency with cash handling and customer service procedures is necessary.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and twisting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
