PurAgain Water is seeking a Service Dispatcher to manage service calls and dispatch technicians to resolve customer issues promptly. This role involves optimizing service routes, maintaining an 80% sit rate for technicians, providing excellent customer service, and keeping operations running smoothly.

• Manage service calls and dispatch technicians to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Utilize local knowledge and traffic flow to optimize service routes.
• Ensure an 80% sit rate for service technicians by effectively scheduling and managing daily tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service, keeping customers informed and satisfied.

• Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate records of all service calls and technician assignments.
• Handle time management with precision, ensuring all service calls are addressed in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Requirements

• Logistics Expertise: Experience in logistics, such as military, warehouse, or delivery services like Uber or DoorDash.
• Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local area, ideally having lived here your whole life.
• Strong Computer Skills: Proficient in using CRM systems and other computer applications.
• Time Management: Excellent at juggling multiple tasks and ensuring they're completed efficiently.
• Customer Service: Natural at making customers feel valued and ensuring their needs are met.
