Service Coordinator - West region

About the role

This role is responsible for following and implementing company policies and procedures that guide and support a positive customer experience. The Customer Service Lead Coordinator will monitor staff performance and ensure customers' satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with staff, faculty, and students.
• Receive service requests via phone calls, emails, and online submittals.
• Dispatch technicians to respond to service calls.
• Create, enter data, and close work orders.
• Work with supervisors to maintain an accurate work order backlog.
• Provide information to personnel in times of crisis.
• Work closely with the SRC supervisor in developing programs to facilitate communication.
• Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice to meet company commitments.

Requirements

• One (1) year of call and customer service experience.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization, clients, vendors, and sub-contractors.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility towards work assignments and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions, and communicate effectively in writing.
• Motivation and initiative to perform assigned duties with minimal direct supervision.

Physical Demands

• May include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing.
• May require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $31.50 to $33.00.
