Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective communication between staff, patients, and families to ensure timely relay of patient-related information
• Manage the paging system, phones, and IT help desk requests to maintain smooth unit operations
• Inventory management and ordering supplies
• Maintain accurate medical records by entering data, preparing charts, and processing service orders
• Support quality improvement initiatives
• Promote professional development through continuous learning and accountability

Requirements

• Minimum Education:
  • Required: High School Diploma
  • Preferred: High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education
• Minimum Experience:
  • Required: Less than one year of previous job-related experience
  • Preferred: 1-2 years of previous job-related experience
• Experience with EPIC is preferred

Pay

$15.45 - $19.68 hourly. Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
