Service Center Trainee

Role Overview: As a Service Center Manager Trainee, you will develop leadership, operational, and customer service skills in a collaborative environment. You will lead daily store operations, act as Manager on Duty, coach team members, and ensure excellent customer experiences by performing vehicle maintenance services. This structured program prepares you for a future Service Center Manager role, with mentorship from experienced leaders. Responsibilities Include Leading customer service and team performance, including oil changes and additional servicesDeveloping skills in team management, store P&L, inventory, cash handling, and business administrationParticipating in regular check-ins to track progress and milestonesHandling customer inquiries, service recommendations, and complaintsPerforming other duties as assigned to support store success Qualifications & Skills At least one year of supervisory or management experience, preferably in retail, automotive, military, or customer serviceProven ability to coach, develop, and lead teams of 3 or moreKnowledge of KPI monitoring, cash handling, safety policies, and operational best practicesHigh School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferredStrong leadership, customer focus, operational knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various environments Benefits: Competitive hourly pay, career growth opportunities, debt-free education, health and wellness coverage, mental health support, employee perks, and work-life balance incentives.
