Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming service calls promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments using CRM/DMS tools.
- Made outbound calls for service reminders, missed appointments, and follow-ups.
- Provide information about services, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist with online appointment requests and service inquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and logs.
- Cookordination with service advisors and technicians for scheduling.
- Support CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) efforts through follow-up calls and surveys.
- Handle customer complaints or route them to the appropriate person.
- Met or exceeded daily call quotas and appointment goals.
