Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming service calls promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments using CRM/DMS tools.
  • Made outbound calls for service reminders, missed appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Provide information about services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Assist with online appointment requests and service inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and logs.
  • Cookordination with service advisors and technicians for scheduling.
  • Support CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) efforts through follow-up calls and surveys.
  • Handle customer complaints or route them to the appropriate person.
  • Met or exceeded daily call quotas and appointment goals.
