Service BDC Representative

About the role
The Service BDC Agent is an energetic professional who successfully delivers on goals while maintaining the highest customer satisfaction. The Service BDC Agent handles all incoming phone and internet leads, contacting service clients, and through superb product knowledge and customer handling skills, schedules daily appointments while also offering our services and benefits.
Employees in this position will be paid a base hourly wage ranging from the applicable minimum wage up to $20.00 per hour. Additionally, they will be paid commissions and/or bonuses, which vary based on performance, with the expected average annual commission earnings of approximately $50,000 to $55,000.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
- Promoting an understanding of, and strong commitment to, client satisfaction.
- Promoting and understanding of, and strong commitment to, the Mossy Team.
- Responding to incoming internet and phone inquiry call leads.
- Follow-up contact with client to schedule daily appointments to meet with Service and/or Sales Department.
- Greet and introduce client to sales representative in Sales Department.
- Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered for sale.
- Make outbound customer calls to meet department goals and objectives.
- Maintain and process customer information and performance in Dealer CRM (such as Dealersocket, E-Leads & VIN Solutions).
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Attend meetings as requested.
Requirements
- At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience.
- People skills that contribute to effective communication.
- Prompt and courteous.
- Enthusiastic personality.
- Must have strong computer skills.
- Accepts constructive criticism with motivation towards improvement in job performance.
- Professional appearance & punctual.
- High school graduate or equivalent.

Pay
Base hourly wage ranging from the applicable minimum wage up to $20.00 per hour, plus commissions and/or bonuses. Expected average annual commission earnings of approximately $50,000 to $55,000.
