Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, and chat channels
- Schedule and confirm service appointments for clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with service departments and other team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management
- Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics and goals
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience required, experience in a call center or related environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while utilizing multiple computer programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
- Automotive knowledge a plus, but not required
