Service BDC Representative

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service phone calls
• Make outbound calls
• Manage live chats
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate service appointments for guests
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, SMS, and email
• Guide guests through the appointment scheduling process
• Answer all guest questions accurately and promptly
• Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication
• Deliver a positive and helpful customer experience at every interaction
• Follow up with guests as needed to support appointment completion
• Keep communication organized and up-to-date across all channels

Requirements

• A Positive Attitude
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivation and self-sufficiency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Drive to exceed customer expectations
• Excellent organizational skills
• BDC Dealership Experience preferred
