Service BDC Representative

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls & schedule service appointments
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and drive show rates
• Provide a professional, high-level customer experience
• Support service team with daily communication and follow-up

What We’re Looking For

• Strong phone and communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
• A positive attitude and motivated to earn
• BDC Central or CDK experience is a plus (not required)
