About the role

As a Service Ambassador at Vivie, you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and team members, ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and supportive experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, guests, vendors, and team members, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
• Manage communications and security by answering and directing calls, monitoring security cameras, and alerting staff to any safety concerns or alarms.
• Support community operations by updating resident information, maintaining records and logs, and assisting with mail and package deliveries.
• Enhance resident and guest experience by providing concierge-style support, assisting residents and guests with their needs while maintaining confidentiality.
• Aid in emergency preparedness by following emergency protocols, supporting search efforts for missing residents, and adhering to security policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned, handling multiple tasks efficiently and demonstrating strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in difficult situations.
• Proficiency in computer systems for record-keeping, communication, and security monitoring.
• Ability to pass state mandated background check.
• Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with residents, team members, and visitors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
• Passing a state mandated background check.

Pay

$16-$18.50/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.
