Responsibilities

As a Service Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and team members, ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and supportive experience.

• Greet and assist residents, guests, vendors, and team members, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
• Manage Communications & Security - Answer and direct calls, monitor security cameras, and alert staff to any safety concerns or alarms.
• Support Community Operations - Update resident information, maintain records and logs, and assist with mail and package deliveries.
• Enhance Resident & Guest Experience - Provide concierge-style support, assisting residents and guests with their needs while maintaining confidentiality.
• Aid in Emergency Preparedness - Follow emergency protocols, support search efforts for missing residents, and adhere to security policies.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in difficult situations.
• Proficiency in computer systems for record-keeping, communication, and security monitoring.
• Ability to pass state mandated background check.
• Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with residents, team members, and visitors.
