About the Community

This master planned community is currently under development and features a nature-inspired lifestyle theme designed to encourage residents to connect with the world around them. Every homesite in the community will be situated within a five-minute walk of a greenway or park. Much of the property will be preserved for open spaces and parks. Lakes with fishing piers connected by miles of hike-and-bike trails are central to the community’s plans, along with restorative landscapes that conserve and enhance the native plant species, conserve water resources and enrich wildlife.
