Service Advisor - Auto Park KIA

About the role

Holman is a family-owned, global automotive services organization delivering the Holman Experience by treating customers and each other with respect and creating positive, rewarding relationships. Auto Park KIA is seeking a Service Advisor to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between the Service Department technicians and the parts department to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Meet and greet customers with courtesy and efficiency.
• Provide an outstanding guest experience.
• Determine the course of action for vehicle service and obtain customer authorization.
• Write up service needs and provide accurate estimates for cost and completion time.
• Communicate effectively with customers to achieve satisfactory repairs and sell necessary maintenance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of warranty, service, and insurance policies.
• Keep customers informed and advise them on vehicle prognosis.
• Call customers to schedule appointments and answer telephones promptly.
• Attend and complete required training and department meetings.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Good reading, writing, and math skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours.
• Computer proficiency.

Pay

This is a commission-eligible role with an average monthly pay range of $3,000–$10,000, based on personal performance.
