Our Kia dealership has an opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join them and work within their busy and successful Service Department.
Responsibilities
- Main point of contact for service customers.
- Call customers in advance of their visit.
- On arrival, take them through all necessary paperwork, ensuring technical terms are explained clearly.
- Set expectations with the customer and keep them updated throughout the repair of their vehicle.
- Take payment when work is complete.
- Sell any additional products that may be of benefit to the customer, which can include retention products.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues.
- Effective time management and organisational skills to ensure bookings and servicing are carried out efficiently.
- Desire to take control of own earning potential with the ability to sell additional products and services to customers.
- Previous experience in an automotive customer service role is essential.

Pay
Salary £29,742.00 with a potential OTE of £33,000 depending on experience.
Schedule
45 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8 am–6 pm, with Saturday mornings worked on a rota basis and paid as overtime.
