About The Role
The role drives organic and paid acquisition channels, scaling qualified pipeline through rigorous optimization of search engine visibility and performance marketing campaigns. Operating within a high-growth technology environment, this position bridges technical execution, data-driven analysis, and creative campaign strategy to maximize ROI across search channels. This position collaborates closely with content, product, and engineering teams to implement technical SEO best practices, manage significant SEM budgets, and turn search intent into measurable revenue. The ideal candidate balances analytical depth with execution speed to capture high-intent traffic.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the end-to-end SEO strategy, including technical site audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink acquisition programs.
- Manage and scale paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads, continuously optimizing bidding, ad copy, and keyword targeting to drive down customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Partner with engineering and product teams to resolve crawlability issues, page speed bottlenecks, and structured data implementation.
- Analyze and report search channel performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to communicate insights and pipeline impact to leadership.
- Run structured A/B tests on landing pages, ad copy, and CTA placements to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to identify content gaps and brief writers on SEO-driven content opportunities that capture high-intent search queries.
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience managing SEO and SEM campaigns for B2B SaaS or high-growth B2C technology companies.
- Proven track record of managing five-figure monthly Google Ads budgets with measurable pipeline and conversion impact.
- Deep technical expertise in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) and analytics platforms (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio).
- Strong understanding of search engine ranking algorithms, HTML/CSS, schema markup, and web architecture basics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to query, manipulate, and present complex search data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bonus: Experience with programmatic SEO, SQL, or Google Ads scripting to automate campaign bidding and reporting.
