About The Role The role owns search visibility end-to-end: driving organic growth through technical SEO, content optimization, and link strategy while managing paid search programs that feed pipeline and signups. This matters because search is a primary acquisition channel. The team treats SEO/SEM as a measurable growth function — every ranking, keyword, and bid is tied to traffic, conversion, and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Own technical SEO: run audits, fix crawl/indexation issues, and manage site architecture, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and page speed in partnership with engineeringBuild and execute keyword strategies across the full funnel, mapping target terms to content and landing pagesManage paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Bing — keyword research, bidding strategy, ad copy testing, and budget allocation across campaignsDeliver monthly performance reporting in GA4 and Looker Studio, tracking rankings, organic traffic, CTR, conversion rates, and blended CPAPartner with content and product marketing to brief and optimize on-page content, meta data, and internal linkingRun structured experiments on landing pages, ad copy, and CTAs to lift quality score and conversion rateMonitor algorithm updates, competitor movements, and SERP features; adjust strategy proactively What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience, ideally in B2B or B2C techDeep proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Google AdsWorking knowledge of HTML/CSS and technical SEO concepts (crawling, rendering, structured data, redirects)Experience building forecasts and reporting that tie search performance to pipeline or revenueComfortable managing paid search budgets of $50K+/month and defending spend with dataBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experienceBonus: Experience with programmatic SEO, international search, or CSS/HTML customization in WordPress or Webflow
