Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, comfortable store environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service while modeling professionalism, positivity, and strong sales behaviors
- Connect with guests through active listening and thoughtful questions, guiding conversations toward solutions that meet their needs while driving sales performance
- Become a Product and Services Expert, confidently selling devices, plans, and services, consistently meeting or exceeding individual performance goals
- Support the store by opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring the store is secure, organized, and ready to serve guests
- Follow company processes and support a smooth, professional store experience during your shift
Requirements
- A high school diploma is required
- One to two years of retail keyholder experience preferred, in a consultative, customer-focused environment (wireless sales experience preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items
Qualifications

Pay & Benefits
The wage for this position is between $19.00 - $20.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission. This position is classified as modified full-time, with a work schedule ranging from 30 to 39 hours per week. On average, most employees in this role work approximately 35 hours per week, offering a consistent schedule while maintaining flexibility.
