Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming, comfortable store environment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while modeling professionalism, positivity, and strong sales behaviors
  • Connect with guests through active listening and thoughtful questions, guiding conversations toward solutions that meet their needs while driving sales performance
  • Become a Product and Services Expert, confidently selling devices, plans, and services, consistently meeting or exceeding individual performance goals
  • Support the store by opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring the store is secure, organized, and ready to serve guests
  • Follow company processes and support a smooth, professional store experience during your shift

Requirements

  • A high school diploma is required
  • One to two years of retail keyholder experience preferred, in a consultative, customer-focused environment (wireless sales experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items

Qualifications

Pay & Benefits

The wage for this position is between $19.00 - $20.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission. This position is classified as modified full-time, with a work schedule ranging from 30 to 39 hours per week. On average, most employees in this role work approximately 35 hours per week, offering a consistent schedule while maintaining flexibility.
