Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming, comfortable store environment by representing our people-first culture every day.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while modeling professionalism, positivity, and strong sales behaviors.
  • Connect with guests through active listening and thoughtful questions, guiding conversations toward solutions that meet their needs while driving sales performance.
  • Become a Product and Services Expert, confidently selling devices, plans, and services, consistently meeting or exceeding individual performance goals.
  • Support as a senior team member, ensuring the store is secure, organized, and ready to serve guests.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma is required.
  • One to two years of retail keyholder experience preferred, in a consultative, customer-focused environment (wireless sales experience preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items.

Qualifications

Pay & Benefits

Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act): Minimum Salary: $42,000 Maximum Salary: $47,250 This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
