Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, comfortable store environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Build loyalty through thoughtful conversations and sales performance
• Operate a POS system with strong attention to accuracy
• Support store operations, including opening and closing

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a consultative, customer-focused environment
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to perform various tasks

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a POS system with strong attention to accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of consumer electronics and wireless services
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Pay & Benefits

The minimum salary for this position is $42,000, with a maximum of $47,250. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
