Senior Vice President, Technology
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to those headings. "About the role" could be the job summary description. "Responsibilities" list. "Requirements" maybe education and experience. "Qualifications" maybe similar. "Skills" maybe specific skills. "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule" only if present.
We need to decide what content goes where.
The posting includes:
- Intro about Lion Street (company description). Not needed as a heading? Could be part of "About the role"? Probably not. The instruction says use those headings for sections. We could include an "About the role" section summarizing the role purpose. The posting includes "Job Summary" paragraph: "The Senior Vice President, Technology leads technology strategy, operations, and innovation. This role oversees infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data management, digital transformation, and technology investments to ensure alignment with business objectives, growth, security, and operational excellence." That's suitable for About the role.
- Responsibilities: bullet list under "Let’s Talk Job Responsibilities". Actually they list responsibilities after that heading. We'll extract each bullet.
- Experience and Skills: includes education requirement, years experience, etc. Could be split into Requirements (education, years) and Skills (specific abilities). Also "Your Experience And Skills" heading includes both.
- There's also "About Integrity" describing parent company. That's company info, not needed for role sections. Could be omitted as boilerplate? It's not navigation/legal but it's company description. Might be considered not needed for the role; but we could keep as part of "About the role"? Probably not needed. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "About Integrity" is not boilerplate but it's company info. Might be considered not substantive for the role? However it's part of the posting; we should preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include it somewhere. Perhaps as a separate section? But we only allowed headings from list. Could we add a custom heading? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "use for section headings (e.g. ...)". Likely they expect only those headings. But we could incorporate Integrity info into "About the role" or maybe a separate "About the company" but not in list. Safer to incorporate into "About the role" as additional context.
We must not include duplicated lines. Also remove EEO statement at end.
Let's extract substantive content:
Company description Lion Street: "Lion Street provides elite independent financial advisors, many of which have roots in the life insurance industry, access to the financial products, intellectual capital, and specialized resources they need to meet the sophisticated financial planning needs of their high-net-worth and corporate clients. Founded in 2010, Lion Street is managed by a team of experienced industry veterans. It was purchased by Integrity in January of 2022."
Integrity description: "Integrity is one of the nation’s leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products. These are substantive but maybe not needed for role. However instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include them. Could be placed under a heading like "About the company". But not in allowed list. Could we add a custom heading? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't say you cannot use other headings, but suggests those are examples. Safer to include them as paragraphs without a heading? But they'd be orphaned. Perhaps we can include them under "About the role" as context.
Let's structure:
