Senior Tax Specialist - Retail

We are seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to serve as trusted advisors at retail or flagship locations across the U.S., providing in-person tax services and community engagement. In this role, you will offer hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for various complexities, including personal and business income, deductions, and amendments, using professional softwarebuild long-term client relationships through personalized service, addressing inquiries and helping clients achieve their financial goalsrepresent TurboTax within the community, actively engaging prospects, supporting local marketing efforts, and creating accessible tax contentdrive customer loyalty and expand TurboTax's presence through proactive outreach and community involvementQualifications include:**Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal and state returns annuallyAbility to work onsite, with strong communication skills, and comfort working in a retail environmentWillingness to wear a uniform and represent TurboTax professionallyPreferred bilingual skills (English/Spanish) and experience in holistic tax advisory services Key Attributes passion for empowering clients, entrepreneurial mindset, excellent customer service, strong communication, tech proficiency, and community engagement skills.
