Senior Tax Specialist - Retail

We are seeking dedicated Retail Experts to serve as trusted advisors at TurboTax locations across the U.S., providing in-person tax preparation, advice, and support to customers with simple to complex tax situations. In this role, you will offer hands-on tax services, uncover deductions, and optimize refundsbuild long-term customer relationships through personalized service and community engagementlead local marketing efforts to attract new clients and promote tax awarenessrepresent TurboTax as a community ambassador, enhancing brand visibilityutilize professional tax software and resources to deliver accurate solutionsaddress customer inquiries and provide future tax planning guidance Qualifications include an active EA, CPA, or attorney license, at least 3 years of tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal and state returns, and familiarity with tax laws and professional tools. Must be comfortable working onsite, engaging with the community, and creating accessible tax content. Bilingual skills are a plus.
