Senior Talent Partner, Engineering
About the role
The Senior Talent Partner will drive hiring across critical technical functions in a fast-scaling, globally distributed Web3 environment. This role involves partnering with senior stakeholders within Engineering to define hiring strategy, own full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact roles, design and continuously improve structured hiring practices, build and nurture talent pipelines, advise on talent trends, compensation expectations, and competitive positioning, and contribute to employer branding and storytelling in the Web3 ecosystem.
Requirements
- Proven experience hiring top-tier talent in competitive, high-bar environments
- Strong stakeholder management. Ability to influence and challenge hiring decisions
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong and proven resilience and ability to show up consistently through tough hiring cycles
- Interest in or exposure to Web3, crypto, or deeply technical domains
