About the role
We're seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead the expansion of our engineering teams. This is a remote position available in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, crafting hiring strategies, and pursuing top-tier technical talent.
- Surface and engage top-tier candidates, especially for highly competitive engineering roles.
- Conduct interviews to identify both skill and potential, partnering closely with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a rich pipeline of high-caliber talent to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear, timely, and respectful communication.
- Monitor metrics and analyze data trends to refine recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a consistent track record of attracting and closing world-class engineering talent.
- Exceptional sourcing expertise, including advanced research techniques and outreach strategies.
- Strong organizational skills, managing multiple tasks efficiently without missing deadlines.
- Clear and persuasive communication, pitching roles with credibility and enthusiasm, and building trust with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful, operating with urgency and taking ownership.
- A growth mindset and high standard, caring deeply about quality and continuously improving your craft.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with technical interviewing and assessment tools.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Strong understanding of technical recruiting processes and tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
