Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of business segments and build solid ties with internal and external experts.
• Devise recruiting roadmaps and strategies to present Huntington's story to potential candidates, focusing on inclusion.
• Leverage market intelligence and build a pipeline of exceptional talent through collaborative relationships.
• Create strong candidate profiles by clarifying required job skills and competencies.
• Sources and attracts top talent, assessing candidates' fit to the company, team, and position.
• Presents strengths and weaknesses of leading candidates and overcomes hiring process objections.
• Challenges the status quo, seeks continuous improvement, and uses metrics to analyze performance.
• Understands external factors affecting the supply of top talent and demonstrates flexibility in balancing multiple priorities.
• Communicates professionally, possesses intellectual curiosity, and demonstrates expertise in MS Office, Internet tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday).
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of full-cycle recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 10 years in full-cycle recruiting in lieu of a degree.

Exempt Status

(Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)

$57,000 - $113,000 annually
