Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of business segments and build ties with internal and external experts.
• Create recruiting roadmaps and strategies to showcase Huntington's story through an inclusion-focused lens.
• Leverage market intelligence and relationships to build a pipeline of top talent.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and share best practices.
• Develop strong candidate profiles, assess fit, and overcome hiring process objections.
• Challenge the status quo and seek continuous improvement.
• Drive results and use metrics to analyze performance.
• Understand external factors affecting talent supply and embrace change.
• Show curiosity and tenacity in finding top talent.
• Show flexibility, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Show strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional demeanor.
• Show intellectual curiosity and expertise in MS Office, Internet tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday).

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of full-cycle recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.

Compensation Range

$57,000 - $113,000 annually

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation varies based on factors such as location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. Huntington provides a variety of benefits, including health insurance, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, paid holidays, and PTO.
