Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for site-level and operational positions, including Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, Leasing Professionals, Maintenance Supervisors, Maintenance Technicians, and other operational roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the interview process.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
- Prepare and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate offer preparation, presentations, and candidate acceptance processes.
- Track recruiting activity and provide regular hiring updates.
- Serve as the primary liaison with external recruiting agencies and staffing partners.
- Onboarding & New Hire Support
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
- Ensure completion of all pre-employment requirements, including background checks, employment verifications, and onboarding documentation.
- Partner with Human Resources to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding schedules.
- HR & Administrative Support
- Support the VP of Human Resources with recruiting and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Maintain accurate recruiting, onboarding, and hiring records.
- Assist with employee engagement, workforce planning, and other HR-related projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources experience.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
- Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and hiring managers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for operations, accounting, finance, property management, maintenance, or corporate functions.
- Experience supporting onboarding and new hire integration.
- Experience working in a multi-site or growth-oriented organization.
