About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys managing multiple priorities, building relationships, and contributing to the growth of a dynamic organization. Real estate and property management experience is a plus but not required. Candidates with recruiting experience supporting operations, accounting, finance, corporate, or professional services environments are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
    • Manage full-cycle recruiting for site-level and operational positions, including Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, Leasing Professionals, Maintenance Supervisors, Maintenance Technicians, and other operational roles.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
    • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
    • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the interview process.
    • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
    • Prepare and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
    • Coordinate offer preparation, presentations, and candidate acceptance processes.
    • Track recruiting activity and provide regular hiring updates.
    • Serve as the primary liaison with external recruiting agencies and staffing partners.
  • Onboarding & New Hire Support
    • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
    • Ensure completion of all pre-employment requirements, including background checks, employment verifications, and onboarding documentation.
    • Partner with Human Resources to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
    • Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding schedules.
  • HR & Administrative Support
    • Support the VP of Human Resources with recruiting and talent acquisition initiatives.
    • Maintain accurate recruiting, onboarding, and hiring records.
    • Assist with employee engagement, workforce planning, and other HR-related projects.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources experience.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
  • Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and hiring managers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for operations, accounting, finance, property management, maintenance, or corporate functions.
  • Experience supporting onboarding and new hire integration.
  • Experience working in a multi-site or growth-oriented organization.
