Summary:

Huntington Bank is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Sr to join its Integrated Talent Management Team. The role offers an inclusive culture, a stable work environment, and growth opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the business segments supported and build solid ties to internal and external experts.
• In concert with leadership teams, devise recruiting roadmaps and strategies to present Huntington's story to potential candidates, focusing on inclusion.
• Leverage market intelligence and established relationships to create a pipeline of exceptional talent.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative business and peer relationships; share best practices.
• Develop strong candidate profiles by clarifying required job skills and competencies of top performers.
• Sources and attracts top talent for each position, assesses candidate fit, and overcomes hiring process objections.
• Challenges the status quo, seeks opportunities for improvement, and uses metrics to analyze performance.
• Understands external factors affecting the supply of top talent and demonstrates flexibility in balancing multiple priorities.
• Communicates professionally, possesses intellectual curiosity, and demonstrates expertise in MS Office, Internet tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday).
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of full-cycle recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 10 years in full-cycle recruiting in lieu of a degree.

Compensation Range

$57,000 - $113,000 annually. Actual compensation varies based on factors such as location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
