About the role
The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at SiteMinder is the cultural representative of the company and its employer brand. This person engages with prospective employees in AMERS and LATAM for various teams, owning the end-to-end recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process across AMERS and LATAM, for GTM teams plus other departments when needed
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to deliver the strongest results and ensure top talent is brought into the business
- Understand the company, roles, and team culture to qualify quality candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to build trust, keep them updated on the talent market, implement their feedback, give advice, demonstrate understanding of hiring needs, and keep them informed about hiring
- Work as part of a global TA team, spending most of the day independently while supported by a team, and provide a world-class candidate experience
- Manage records and provide input for important reporting metrics, always striving to improve the recruitment process
- Manage up, escalating potential issues and seeking support from manager when necessary
Requirements
- Previous experience hiring for GTM teams in an in-house recruitment role in AMERS and LATAM
- A strong background in headhunting, sourcing, and building talent pipelines
- Able to influence and work with a wide range of stakeholders
- A high attention to detail when working with the ATS
- A passion for delivering a stellar candidate experience
- An enjoyment of working with people and candidates from around the world
- Data-driven approach and ability to have data-led conversations

- Understanding of the hospitality industry and its technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
