Senior Specialist - Cloud & Infra Management
Technical Skills Required
- Strong hands-on with Dynatrace platform deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and APIs
- Experience with cloud-native monitoring, Kubernetes, Docker
- Exposure to log management tools such as Splunk, ELK
- Good understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, DNS, load balancers
- Good understanding of database performance monitoring, SQL, NoSQL
- Experience working in high-availability production environments
Mandatory Skills
- Dynatrace APM, OneAgent, Smartscape, PurePath, Davis AI, Application Performance Monitoring
- Production support, L2/L3 incident/problem management, root cause analysis
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure
- Linux, Windows monitoring, observability, REST APIs
- ITIL framework, scripting (Python, Shell, C#)
- Integration, log analysis, ServiceNow integration

Max Salary: $130K+
